On the day of your event, our minimum standards for event staff are to set up tables, dress and decorate the tables and buffet (flowing linens, flowers and candles if desired) before service and any other set up required. We will provide impeccable service throughout your event. At the end of the event, we will break down and execute the required cleaning duties of the venue. From start to finish, working with Ever After Events will assure you of a seamless and memorable event. We invite you to call or email for a complimentary consultation to discuss staffing needs. Consultations are available onsite, at our office in Bentonvillle, or at a prearranged destination. Come prepared with type of services needed, an approximate head count, and a budget range in mind.
Following your consultation you will receive a proposal including price ranges for each aspect of the event. A date is not secure until a contract is signed and a deposit is received.
Follow up meetings can be scheduled as needed.
Our Staffing Services that we offer:
Server Staff: Our servers are experienced in all the fine intricacies of professional service. Each designated event team is responsible for overseeing every detail of the event. Our job is to provide you with the best experience for you and your guests.
We recommend one server per 35 guests at buffet events, one server per 25 guests for cocktail parties, one server per 20 guests for family style service, and one server per 12 guests at plated events.
$20 per hour per server
Set-up Service: Our staff provides all set up services that you may require.
$350 for parties of 250 guests or less
Clean-up Service: Our staff provides all clean up services the venue and you will need.
$300 for parties of up to 75 guests
$400 for parties of 75-150 guests
$500 for parties over 150 guests
